Does My Luckeep X2 E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
To prevent damage during transportation, we keep each Luckeep X2 in a pre-assembled state at the factory. This means that all users can assemble the Luckeep X2 within 10 minutes by following the user manual or our assembly tutorial videos. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guidelines on ourYouTube channel.
What is the suitable height range for riding the Luckeep X2
With the adjustable seat height of the Luckeep X2 Step over, riders ranging from 5'3" to 6'4" (164cm - 198cm)can enjoy the best riding experience (height parameters based on user feedback for the Luckeep X2 Step over).
Do I need a special license to ride an E-Bike?
Luckeep E-bikes are designed under US regulations. Therefore riders will not need any special license to ride our bikes. This is true only of Luckeep branded bikes and does not carry over to all other types of electric bikes.
Have Luckeep's electric bikes been safety certified?
All Luckeep electric bikes for sale have passedUL 2849 international certification and undergone tens of thousands of laboratory tests to ensure that every Luckeep electric bike leaving the factory has the best performance.
